Starlight does incredible work to help support sick kids and their families during difficult times. Working in partnership with health professionals, Starlight programs transform the hospital and healthcare experience of kids and teens, helping to overcome the social isolation associated with serious illness and provide moments of positive disruption to replace pain, boredom and stress with joy, laughter and fun. Each and every pedal counts, and together we can make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Not only will you be supporting a fantastic cause when you join the Tour de Kids, but you'll also have the chance to get fitter, explore new places, and improve your mental health. Plus, with our official Tour de Kids jerseys, you'll look great while you do it!

Whether you're a keen cyclist or just starting out, it doesn't matter.
