We take care of everything from dispatch to after sales care but we support the local Retailers who stock our Brand which is why you need to select a store before you can add to cart.

You might be asking – why made-to-order? Essentially, it’s because we don’t want to over produce garments and create unnecessary waste.

We only produce what you order in an effort to distribute the highest quality garments with minimal environmental impact. Australians produce around 6 tonnes of clothing waste every 10 minutes, and anything that we can do to help reduce that amount will help make our business – and our planet – a little greener.

After all, part of the reason we love cycling is that it allows us to experience the beauty of our planet close up. We want to do our bit to look after our world in a responsible way, and hope you’ll join us in our journey to make cycling fashion more environmentally sustainable.

Here at Santini, we like to make ordering as convenient as possible. Therefore, we offer three different types of payment: Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay. All are simple, secure and instant. If you are having any issues with checking out, please see the above “Support Local” section, or get in touch via email or live chat.

Refunds are processed within three working days of approval, to the same account as the original order payment. Please allow up to five days for the funds to appear in your account due to processing from your financial institution. Refunds where Afterpay was used as the payment method are also processed by us, although the funds are returned by Afterpay, so timing may vary.

Not sure about your purchase? No worries!

We understand that you might change your mind about the products you have purchased. Our returns policy allows you 30 days to return any unwanted item at your own cost. Products you are returning must be in their original and unused condition and in the original packaging.

Please ensure you do not compromise the original packaging or tags otherwise we will be unable to accept your return. You may return the item for a full refund or an exchange, excluding items from made to order collections, and sample items that do not come with tags.
