How does the Crash Replacement Policy Work?

You will also need to provide proof that the item was purchased within 12 months of the request.

Receive a reply from our team once your request is processed, and provided it satisfies the conditions of our Crash Policy you will receive your discount code.

Fair wear and tear is not covered.
The replacement discount may only be applied at santinisms.com.au.
The replacement discount of 40% applies to the full RRP of the replacement garments and cannot be used on top of clearance or sale prices or in conjunction with other offers.
Santini does not support any action that may result in harm or injury to our customers, and we do not reward those who purposefully damage their gear. We are committed to providing excellent service and products, but never at the cost of safety or wellbeing.
